Telemedicine and Telehealth Visits
For both new and existing patients, Dr. Kimberly Brown ND is able to offer care with virtual visits. All you need is a computer with a camera and an internet connection. We take care of the rest!
I am happy to see you and am accepting new patients at this time. For new patients, I offer a complimentary phone call before your first appointment. It’s an opportunity for us to connect first. I want to know that I can offer what you are looking for.
How do virtual visits work?
Prior to your visit, you will receive an email reminder with a link to a virtual waiting room. Simply click the link within 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. I will see that you are waiting and connect with you at your appointment time. We will be able to see and talk to each other.
Can new patients schedule a telemedicine visit?
Yes. You will be sent intake and consent forms before your appointment. They are online fillable forms and can easily be signed within our program with the click of a button.
I don’t live in California. Can I still schedule?
Yes! The nature of your visit will be purely educational and not medical. Contact my staff to find out more! 408-357-3422 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I use my insurance?
Yes, and we offer insurance billing. Plans are now covering telehealth visits. We ask that all patients pay at time of service. We then submit to your insurance company on your behalf. They send you a reimbursement check if applicable. Contact my staff to find out more! 408-357-3422 or email@example.com
